Randy Patrick, the new regional manager of Enterprise Saskatchewan, and his family have re-located to the Battlefords from the city of Thompson, Man. where he was formerly the city manager.
As the candid family photo hints, this family loves the outdoors and recreational opportunities. They also love the river valley view from their home in a beautifully treed setting in West Park.
Patrick and his family will have plenty to offer our community, but Patrick says there was one recreational facility we will be offering to him and his family that was key to finalizing their decision to move to the area.
On arrival, Patrick scouted out the 1966 Kinsmen pool, but then almost by accident, discovered the CUPlex site. The new aquatic centre and the field house particularly impressed.
"The facilities aren't what make you come, but they certainly do help tie the bow," he said.
