After nine months of delays and adjournments, an accused triple killer is expected to elect how he wants to be tried.

Nathaniel Carrier, 28, was arrested March 31 and charged the next day for the brutal murder of his son and parents and the attempted murder of his daughter.

On March 29, Prince Albert Police found the bodies of Sandra Henry, Denis Carrier, both 56, and Bentlee, seven, in a home at 315 McArthur Drive.  Five-year-old Kendrah was found clinging to life and flown to Edmonton’s Stollery Children’s Hospital.

All of the adjournments have been at the request of Carrier’s lawyer.

Carrier is charged with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder. He is scheduled to appear by CCTV in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Jan. 13, 2021, for election and to speak to the matter.
