NORTH BATTLEFORD - Fireworks will mark the end of the first National Day for Truth and Reconcilation in North Battleford.
Battlefords Agency Tribal Chiefs have announced that they are planning to hold fireworks at the King Hill location beginning at 8 p.m. tonight Sept. 30. The first minute of the fireworks will be bright orange, and afterwards they pledge to "put on a show."
King Hill itself will be closed to the public, but people are being encouraged to find a good spot to watch the fireworks.
