PRINCE ALBERT — A Saskatchewan man's disappearance is now being treated as suspicious and the RCMP’s Major Crime Unit has taken carriage of the investigation.
Saskatchewan RCMP stated on Friday that since Seth Deschambeault, 18, was reported missing to Prince Albert RCMP on June 6, investigators have been following up on information and leads as they have been received.
Prince Albert RCMP received the report that the 18-year-old male had gone missing on June 6, at approximately 9 a.m.
Seth Deschambeault was last seen on May 29 in Prince Albert
Prior to that, he was seen on May 27 at a residence in Red Wing, a small community in the RM of Buckland. He has not been in touch with family, or on social media, which isn’t typical for him, say RCMP. They add that he has connections to Saskatoon, Prince Albert and Cumberland House.
The missing man is described as approximately 5’3” and 120 pounds. He has light brown hair and brown/green eyes.
