Battlefords Community Players have begun the performance of the last play of the 2014-15 season.
Trad had its premiere night Tuesday and will be playing Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the Dekker Centre for the Performing Arts.聽
Trad, a quirky fable by contemporary Irish playwright Mark Doherty, spins the tale of an elderly Thomas and his Da, who undertake a journey which reflects their lives together, and in the course of which they struggle to confront their personal foibles, versions of history, loyalty and pride of tradition,鈥� says director Lloyd Deshaye.
After Thursday鈥檚 premiere, Deshaye said he was proud of the cast and crew and that it had been great fun to put it together.
