A baby shower was held April 14 in the Borden Seniors Room to honour Liam Arthur Walker, born March 13 to Lance and Lindsey Walker of Borden. Kandice Walker and Dianne Tracksell were in charge and, after introducing the head table, had readings, and everyone played Baby Bingo by writing down items they thought would be included among the gifts. As gifts were opened and displayed, the corresponding items were crossed off the bingo cards. After opening the gifts, Lindsey thanked everyone for coming and for the many wonderful gifts and the community gift. Then lunch and beverages were enjoyed by all.
