HUMBOLDT – The City of Humboldt will see an election for mayor and council on Nov. 12.
The current mayor, Michael Behiel, did not submit a nomination and will officially close his chapter as mayor of the City of Humboldt. Behiel has been mayor for four years since 2020.
The Humboldt Chamber will be hosting a “Candidate Forum” on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. at the Legion Hall.
The nomination process for the 2024 City of Humboldt municipal election officially closed on Oct. 9 at 4 p.m.
