MELFORT - The Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory Network is reporting Melfort RCMP are investigating the attempted theft of a vehicle that occurred on Feb. 2 at about 10:45 pm in Melfort.
A male suspect walked onto a commercial property in the city and attempted to steal a vehicle that was parked on the property.
The male suspect was unable to take the vehicle but caused damage to it in the process.
The man entered the property from the south side of it and was captured on video surveillance. The male was wearing a purple and white toque, and a black jacket.
If anybody recognizes this man, they are asked to contact the Melfort RCMP at (306) 752-6420.
