HOHMANN: Jesse Bernard

November 16, 1974 - February 1, 2014

Jesse Hohmann, known to friends as "Hommer," passed away on February 1, 2014, at the age of 39 years. Jesse was born in Humboldt, SK. He is survived by his Mother Sharon Hohmann, Step Father Bernard Schreiner, Brother Jimmy Hohmann, Sister Kaleigh Hohmann, Children Jarvis and Arizona Nelson and their mother Angela, Daughter Tori Brooke, Step Sisters Jade and Opal Tesche, and Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Jesse spent his early years in Humboldt and St. Gregor. He liked playing outdoors, biking, and skateboarding. Jesse was always very artistic and learned to tattoo; you could certainly see that on most of his friends as they still wear his mark today. Jesse later moved to Saskatoon and had three children that he loved very much. Even though he wasn't able to spend as much time with the kids as he wanted, they were always on his mind. To Jesse, his friends and family were everything. Later on, Jesse moved to Wainwright with the family and spent most of his time doing art, hanging out with friends, and listening to music. It didn't matter where Jesse lived; he always had so many friends. Perhaps it was his smile, his kind nature, or maybe how much he took care of those he cared about, but regardless of what it was... it was just Jesse being Jesse. Jesse lived a short life but he had a profound effect on those who knew him. He will be remembered with that smile he always had and the one that he gave to others. We love you Jesse and you will be missed by many. A wake for Jesse will be held Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 1:00pm at the Pentecostal Church, 1101 5th Avenue, Wainwright, Alberta.
