Jeanne Marie SchulteFebruary 22, 1950 - March 25, 2011The sudden and unexpected death of Mrs. Jeanne (nee Dale) Schulte of Englefeld occurred on Friday, March 25, 2011, at Royal University Hospital, Saskatoon. She was 61 years of age. Jeanne was born on February 22, 1950, to Thomas and Germaine (nee Hinderks) Dale at Watson, SK. She grew up there and, after graduating from Watson High School, moved to Saskatoon where she was employed at the Bank of Nova Scotia. On September 12, 1970, Jeanne married Earl Schulte. They settled in Englefeld where they raised their two daughters. Jeanne worked at the bank in Watson for a while, then devoted herself to raising her family. Jeanne loved spending time at Mystery Lake and at her family home, which we all refer to as "The Acre". She also loved the many camping trips the family went on, and travelling to many different places with family and friends. Jeanne was known for making crazy, cool forts, and unbelievable treasure hunts. In addition, she had all the tools to build absolutely anything anybody needed, from Hogfest pigs to life-size stage coaches out of plywood, and the biggest Barbie doll houses for all the girls. Jeanne even took pride in the karate classes she took with her brother Nels. Her favourite thing to do was to spend precious time with her grandchildren of whom she was so very proud of. Jeanne will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her husband of 40 years, Earl Schulte of Englefeld; their two daughters and four grandchildren: Lisa (Larry) Muller of Englefeld and their children Shelby, Colby and Brooke; and Valda Schulte of Englefeld and daughter Cierra; three sisters and one brother: Lynn (Jerry) Doll of North Battleford; Lorrie (Norm) Schwindt of Saskatoon; Joan (Bill) Stanjek of Perdue; Nels (Leona) Dale of Englefeld; and also by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Germaine (nee Hinderks) Dale. The Funeral Service for Jeanne was held at Holy Guardian Angels R.C. Church, Englefeld, on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Rev. Fr. Darryl Millette. Others taking part were: Corey Thiemann, urn bearer; Hally Manderscheid, scripture reader; Rod Gantefoer, eulogist; Mike Dale, Shannon Dale, Sheri Dale, and Kenda Pisio, memorial table attendants. Music ministry was provided by Manny Lefebvre, Sandra Athmer, and the Holy Guardian Angels Parish Choir. Honorary pallbearers were "all those who shared in Jeanne's life". Interment will follow at Holy Guardian Angels R.C. Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations may be directed to the Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan. SCHULER-LEFEBVRE, Humboldt, SK.
