NORTH BATTLEFORD - A new media release has been issued by the City of North Battleford Friday, Jan. 6, regarding the slight delay in snow removal operations.
According to the release, the City of North Battleford has been notified that one of the graders is back in service and continuing with planned snow removal operations.
The delay is due to a minor malfunction with the hydraulics of the city's graders, with the mechanical failure a result of the cold weather, but the city's operations team expects the second grader to be back in service later in the day on Jan. 6.
Again, the City appreciates the work of our operations team to handle this larger-than-normal amount of snowfall and extends its gratitude to the public for their patience and understanding.
