ONION LAKE - The RCMP Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory Network advised on Sept. 13 that Matthew Wade Carter who was reported missing has been found deceased. The Onion Lake RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance. Carter, 36, was reported missing on Sept. 12. He was last seen at a residence on Onion Lake Cree Nation on Sept. 7.
