NORTH BATTLEFORD - Update, Feb. 21, 4:35 p.m.: The City of North Battleford is advising that the temporary traffic restrictions at 16th Avenue and 104th Street are no longer in place and the Voyent Alert previously issued has been removed.
The fire at 1602-104th remains under investigation and updates will be provided when available.
Original post, Feb. 21, 11:37 a.m.: The North Battleford Fire Department, along with Community Safety Officers (CSOs), are currently on the scene of a structure fire at a house located at 1602-104th Street.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
Residents were able to safely exit the structure and no injuries have been reported.
Motorists are asked to approach the area with caution, as crews have a portion of the intersection of 16th Avenue and 104th Street blocked.
