REGINA — The Regina Police Service is asking for help from the public in locating a 12-year-old female last seen last seen on Dec. 20 at 9:30 p.m. on the 21000 block of Prince of Wales Drive.
Kelli Manhas is described as a 12-year-old First Nations female, approximately five foot four, 140 pounds, thin build, medium complexion, with shoulder length, wavy brown hair, and brown eyes. Kelli Manhas has a lip ring and fake eyelashes. She was last seen wearing a red hoodie, black pants, white Airforce runners, and carrying a grey backpack.
There is no evidence to suggest Kelli Manhas has come to harm, however, she is considered at risk due to her age.
