聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 Kipling School's Senior Girls Volleyball team and Kipling School hosted an exciting weekend of volleyball competition with nine teams from areas of Saskatchewan including Canora, Carlyle, Carnduff, Fillmore, Imperial, Lampman, Moosomin, Montmartre, and Rocanville on Friday, Sept. 15th and Saturday, Sept. 16th. Team members Kenzie Balon (#2), Zoe Dubois (#3), Savanna Perras (#4), Ciera Romanow (#7), Rachel Steele (#10), Reagen Nicholson (#11), Irelend Biette (#12), Brynn Bourhis (#14), Alicia White (#15) and Ashley Kapell (#18) displayed incredible teamwork and sportsmanship as they were encouraged by Coach Garth Shoemaker and Assistant Coach Susan Long.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The tournament began with cheers of school spirit by fellow students in the gymnasium as parents and visitors filled the bleachers, a final cheer made by team members and their coaches started two-day volleyball event. Exciting matches between the senior teams kept people intrigued with electric, nail-biting action and the display of encouragement throughout the tournament. 聽聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The All Star Players of the Round Robin play were presented to team members which showed a variety of talents, leadership and team player skills, voted by the participating teams at the tournament. Player awards for the round robin play were awarded to: Best setter: #9 Gracie Schutz of Carlyle; Best Right Side: #8 Madison Riddell of Carlyle; Best Power side: #7 Taylor Sargent of Carlyle; Best Middle: #12 Irelend Biette of Kipling; Best Libero: #2 Reece Redpath of Carnduff.
