SASKATOON – Two men have been arrested after a 14-year-old male was robbed of his property around 8:20 p.m. on May 22. Police found a loaded improvised firearm one of the suspects.
Saskatoon Police Service say they were called to the area of 20th Street West and Avenue C Â鶹ÊÓƵ for a report of a robbery in progress and they found the youth victim when they arrived.
The suspects had fled the area before police arrived but shortly after, they located two men matching the description of the suspects walking nearby. A woman was with them but she wasn’t charged.
The two men, ages 20 and 24, are both charged with robbery. The 20-year-old man is additionally charged with carrying a weapon dangerous to the public while the 24-year-old man was found to be breaching court-imposed conditions.
