SASKATOON — The Saskatoon Police Service is investigating two separate shootings and a stabbing that occurred over the weekend.
On Saturday at approximately 3 a.m., officers were called to Royal University Hospital after a man had entered suffering from a gunshot wound to the foot. The 29-year-old man is believed to have non-life-threatening injuries. At this time, the location of where the shooting occurred is unknown, and a suspect description is also unknown. Police are continuing to investigate.
Then on Sunday at approximately 3 a.m., officers responded to the report of an injured male in the 1800 block of 22nd Street West. Upon arrival, officers found an 18-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. He was transported to hospital with what are believed to be serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect had fled the scene prior to police arrival, and no suspect description is available at this time.

In another weekend incident, a man was seriously injured after an aggravated assault.
At approximately 1 p.m. Saturday, police were called to an address in the 200 block of Vancouver Avenue North for a report of an injured person. Officers arrived to find a 48-year-old man suffering from stab wounds, he was transported to hospital by Medavie Health Services. Police say an altercation had occurred inside the residence, leading to the victim being stabbed. The suspect then fled the scene prior to police arrival. At this time, the victim is believed to have serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
