HOLBEIN – A 32-year-old man faces weapon charges after Ahtahkakoop/Shellbrook RCMP executed a search warrant at a home in Holbein on Sept. 26 as part of an ongoing illegal firearms investigation.
Officers located and seized three long guns, a handgun with a loaded magazine, approximately 28 grams of crack cocaine and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
Jon Jonasson is charged with four counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm and unlicensed possession of a restricted weapon.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Shellbrook on Dec. 5.
