LA RONGE – A man who was struck by a vehicle is in hospital with serious injuries.
On May 18, 2024 at approximately 2:40 a.m., La Ronge RCMP received a report of an injured male on Highway 2 near the Air Ronge bridge.
Officers immediately responded and located the injured adult male.
Police say the male was walking on the highway when he was struck by a northbound vehicle, which didn’t remain at the scene.
La Ronge RCMP has been investigating since. Investigators believe the vehicle may be a dark-coloured SUV, potentially a Jeep.
