INDIAN HEAD — Indian Head RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance to identify a female who was involved in a theft from the Indian Head Co-op on Feb. 8.
At approximately 2 p.m. on Feb 8, a Ford escape came to the gas pumps at the Indian Head Co-op and received $50 worth of gas and left the store without paying. Witnesses observed the female driver go to the air hose and add air to the front tires and staff assumed she would pay for the gas when done but drove away. The female is described as a Caucasian female between 20-30 years old wearing sunglasses and a toque.
The vehicle is described as an older white Ford Escape with different types of rims on the front and back. There were wires hanging out the rear of the vehicle and the vehicle needed air put in the front tires.
Anyone with information to identify the SUV or the female driver is requested to contact the Indian Head RCMP at 306-695-5200.
