Canada-wide warrant issued for homicide suspect

Police say attempts to locate Reshaun Norman Cote, who is facing a charge of second-degree murder, have been unsuccessful.

REGINA — Police are requesting assistance from the public in locating a 22-year-old male, wanted for a homicide that occurred on May 12 on the 4800 block of Sherwood Drive.

Reshaun Norman Cote of Regina is described as male, approximately six feet, of medium build, with short brown hair and brown eyes. Cote has angel wing tattoos on both sides of his neck.

At approximately 1:50 p.m. that Sunday, police were dispatched to a residence on the 4800 block of Sherwood Drive for the report of a firearms offence. Initial information indicated that there was a male on a driveway that had been shot. Police and EMS attended and located a male with serious injuries.

The victim, 22-year-old Everett Wolfe Roberts-Orr was taken to hospital but succumbed to his injury.

Investigation led to the arrest of Isaiah James Dustyhorn, 24, and a 17-year-old youth who can’t be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. Both were charged with second-degree murder
