YORKTON – Hundreds of people gathered at City Centre Park for the 1 Million March for Children the morning of Sept. 20.
The act of protest was organized in multiple cities across Sask. and Canada in opposition of gender ideologies and for parental rights.
Chants of "leave our kids alone" could be heard during the march that saw protesters walk down Third Ave. to Yorkton City Hall where the crowd spent several minutes before continuing on with the march that eventually saw protesters return to City Centre Park where several guest speakers delivered remarks.
