YORKTON – Sacred Heart High School hosted its annual Senior Boys’ Volleyball Tournament on Sept. 15-16.
Eight teams competed in the round robin event the event, including Sacred Heart, Yorkton Regional, Langenburg, Melville, Sturgis, Esterhazy, Kelvington and Carlyle.
In the bronze match Melville defeated the YRHS in two straight sets both going 25-23. The gold match was a hard-hitting game with Langenburg and Esterhazy facing off. Esterhazy took the match going undefeated in the tournament to win the gold 25-21 and 25-16.
