YORKTON - The mid week snow that blanketed Yorkton and area did not impede young 4-Hers from showing off their best cattle.
The youth from clubs in both Saskatchewan and Manitoba converged on the Agripavilion in Yorkton for the 31st annual Yorkton 4-H Spring Steer & Heifer Show.
The event was a dual show with judge Justin Harcourt of Quill Lake, Sask. picking the top cattle in the Jackpot Show Wednesday.
Thursday would be the 4-H Open Show with the team of Nolan Glover and Denver Bolton of Wawota, Sask. acting as judges.
