Sabian Jordan Rodgers, October 29, 1979 - July 18, 2012. Sabian was born Monday, October 29, 1979 in Stettler, AB. When Sabian was 2 years old, the family moved to a farm in Saltcoats, SK where he continued to live for the next 20 years; surrounded by friends, family and numerous pets and animals. Sabian was a bright child, a respectful boy, and a great, loving man. He was quick with a smile and always ready to laugh...even at his own expense! (Remember "Timbo", his highschool nickname). Son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, lover, buddy, pal; Sabo, Sabs, Timbo - no matter how you knew Sabian, there will never be another quite like him. Each description brings with it a different memory and our lives will be forever dimmer now that he is gone. Sabian was taken from us way too soon in the most unexpected of ways. He will be missed in more ways than one can count. There was an informal BBQ to celebrate Sabian's life, Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at his sister's home in Medicine Hat. People brought their stories, love and some Beer! Family are accepting financial donations in Sabian's name to go into a College Fund for his niece, Magnolia and nephew, Farren - two extremely bright lights in his life.
