Lena Kuzyk (nee Ostafie), died peacefully at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Toronto, on August 7, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Michael Kuzyk, Loving mother of sons Kenneth and the late Kevin. Loving grandmother of Jillian, Christopher, Michael, Matthew and Mark. Dear sister of Frances. Survived by a great number of nieces and nephews.
