The Brady and Krawchuk families are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Violet Beverley (Krawchuk) Brady, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Bev passed away suddenly on March 9, 2012 at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre, Yorkton, SK. Bev leaves to mourn her passing and cherish her memory, her son, Lyle (Rose) and children, Ryan and Morgan; her daughter, Lorna (Larry Stubel) and children, Tasha-Mari (Tom McKnight) grandchildren Stevie and Casey; daughter, Erica (Trevor Friedt) grandson Edwin and new grbaby who is coming into this world very soon; her step daughter, Gayle (Darin Bohl) and grandchildren Breckin and Kellen; her step son, Ryan (Nancy); her son, Lynn-Don and his daughter, Savannah; her son, Lonnie (Alison) and children, Grace and Alex; and a chosen son who was very special to Bev, Matthiew (Jessica). She also leaves to mourn her siblings Edna (Peter) Kozyra, Evelyn Wallenborn, Paul (Connie) Krawchuk as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends. Bev was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Mary Krawchuk; her brother-in-law, John and a younger brother, Patrick as well as many other relatives whom she now joins in her peace. Also the family wish to mention her colleagues and extended family at Crestvue Ambulance, Dennis and Tim, as well as many, many more that were important to all of us. We send out a very special thank you to all who shared in Mom's life. To Dr. Nwadiaro and staff in the Intensive Care Unit at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre - you are a team that proved over and over again you go above and beyond the profession. Mom said many times over, "such a great caring staff - couldn't ask for better anywhere". To Mom's many friends who shared our special angel's life, you are not forgotten - thank you. The Celebration of Bev's Life and the Funeral Mass were celebrated on Saturday, March 17, 2012 from St. Gerard's Roman Catholic Church in Yorkton, SK. Members of Crestvue Ambulance Service and all those whose lives Bev touched were invited to serve as the honourary pallbearers. In accordance with Bev's wishes a private family cremation committal will take place at a later date at Beausejour, MB.
