It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Tiffany Dionne Bellegarde, aged 25 years and her precious son Dayton Tyler Nash Bellegarde, aged 6 months, who left us to be with the Lord on July 1, 2017. Tiffany was a loving, compassionate mother, daughter and friend. Call her and no matter what the circumstances, she found a way and she always understood any problem and was always ready to help. She was always laughing and smiling and made the best of any situation. She loved the outdoors, fishing and wildlife. Tiffany loved the highway, going wherever the road would take her. Thank the Lord that she and Dayton are now in God's care. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Alvin and Shirley Bellegarde, uncle Sonny (Alvin Jr.), auntie Carla and her father Jim Anderson. Paternal grandparents Jim McNab and Mabel Anderson from George Gordon FN. She leaves to mourn her daughter Mistery Lyric, son Kyson Sonny, her mother Theresa and her siblings Brandy, Mitchell, Aaron, Tristian, Danielle, Tyler and Bailey. Special mushums and kokums and aunts and uncles; Noel (Audrey), Robert (Delphine), Gary, Del, Dion (Cicely), Dale and Donna. The family wishes to give special appreciation to Stars Air Ambulance, Melville EMTs, Melville Hospital, RCMP, Victim Services and the good Samaritans on scene first. A Wake was held on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Peepeekisis School with Sr. Bernadette Feist, Elder Robert Bellegarde and Pastor Fred Keshane officiating. Funeral Services were held on Saturday, July 8, 2017 from Peepeekisis School on Peepeekisis First Nation with Rev. Fr. John Meehan, SJ, with Sr. Bernadette Feist and Elder Robert Bellegarde officiating. Special music was provided by Fred Keshane. Tiffany's sisters Danielle and Brandy shared a tribute and words of remembrance. Honourary bearers were all those that shared in their special lives. Interment followed in the Mary Immaculate Parish Cemetery on Peepeekisis First Nation with Jeremy Bellegarde, Sage Poitras, Garry Bellegarde, Jr., Jordan Starblanket, Alden Watson and Nathaniel Watson serving as the casket bearers.
