OUTLOOK - The latest offering of works on display at the Outlook Art Gallery put a spotlight on the lands of both our province and our neighbour to the west.
Entitled, 'Wildscapes: Exploring the boundless terrains of Alberta and Saskatchewan' by northern Alberta artist Kendel Kinahan, the collection of eye-catching oil paintings and impressive photography pieces makes for a unique showing of artwork on Outlook walls.
Growing up in a small farming community up north, Kinahan has maintained a strong connection with the land, and she finds inspiration in the colours and textures that nature provides. Kendel has lived in a number of areas in both Alberta and Saskatchewan, and the experiences have helped shape the show that art lovers will undoubtedly enjoy today.
'Wildscapes' is on display at the Outlook gallery until March 31.
