OUTLOOK - Kids in Outlook had a blast hanging out at the Kinsmen Park on Thursday afternoon, August 8, but going down the slides and hanging on the monkey bars weren't all that were offered to local youngsters.
The Outlook-Rudy Fire & Rescue team was also on the scene, along with the Outlook-Rudy Fireflies, giving kids an up-close look at the fire trucks the team uses, as well as the equipment they use to put out flames in the event of an emergency.
The Fireflies are now looking forward to seeing people for events geared towards Fire Safety Week in October.
