This week in the Land of Orange is an exciting one! Monday, March 18- Friday, March 22 is spirit week with days such as Shamrock Your Socks Off, Green Day, Lazy Day, Raider Pride Day, and Formal day. Last week, members of the SRC travelled to schools to talk to Grade eight students about what to expect both for Raider For A Day and next year as grade nine students. Thursday, March 21 is Raider For A Day which is a day that grade eight students from Yorkton and surrounding schools come experience life as a grade nine student for one day. The YRHS Band and Choir is heading off to Regina for the annual Optimist Festival on Thursday, March 21. We wish the band and Choir the best with their performances.
