Dear Editor:
On behalf of the Yorkton Partners Against Violence Committee, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all who supported, participated in, attended and made pledges for community mobilization to stand up against all forms of violence. The strong support demonstrated by our community's "Voices of the Future": the Harvest & Terrier hockey teams, students, and youth organizations gives hope for change - a future without violence. We also wish to thank the emcee, the government and city representatives, city officials, the media and the community for making this 21st vigil best attended in the history of the vigil.
