Funk and Wagnall's dictionary calls a "monopoly" the exclusive control of a commodity, service or means of production in a particular market with the resulting power to fix prices.
Question: on what planet is this not an advantage to Ritz and his anti-desk farmers?
It's strange that the agriculture minister is steamrolling this weakening of the C.W.B. legislation through parliament against the wishes of the majority of farmers at the same time as Libyan President Gaddafi is run off for using similar tactics.
