YORKTON - The Yorkton Lady Gridders are on their way to the league final.
The Gridders earned their spot in the upcoming final with a convincing 48 – 16 victory over Moosomin at Kinsmen Century Field in Yorkton Saturday under the lights.
The local side had touchdowns from Ally Madsen, Leah Hoffman, and Kaden Bowley.
Coach Tyrell MacLean said defensive standouts were Makayla Pelletier, Elexa Daigenault, and Sahara Minchuk.
Yorkton now hosts the final this Saturday against Melville, (Oct. 21), with a 6:30 p.m. start time at Century Field.
