Preeceville peewees face first loss of season

The Preeceville peewee hockey team faced its first loss of the season when the team was defeated by Yorkton on January 25 in home game action in Preeceville. The final score was 3-2. Scoring for Preeceville were Seth Hort and Kaiden Masley.

The final score was 3-2. Scoring for Preeceville were Seth Hort and Kaiden Masley. Assists were by Hudsyn Nelson, Brynn Babiuk and Tate Bayer.

            The peewee hockey team also faced off against Cote at the Sturgis Arena on January 23. Preeceville defeated Cote with a final score of 19-1. Scoring for Preeceville were Seth Hort (five goals); Chaz Jaeb (three goals); Keannu Albarracin, Zachary Sorgen, Trever Geistlinger and Hudsyn Nelson, who each scored two goals, and Camron Secundiak, Isaiah Maier and Brynn Babiuk scoring one each.

            The Preeceville bantams faced off against Melville in a home game on January 28 which ended with a 10-4 win for Preeceville.

            Scoring for Preeceville were Shelby Wallin and Jacob Danyluk, with three goals each; Dylan Wiwcharuk, two goals, and Todd Pankratz and Christian Acosta, with one each.
