YORKTON - Yorkton RCMP received a report of snowmobile stolen from a trailer on Parkview Road in Yorkton Feb. 19.
An investigation determined the snowmobile was outside of a residence on Calwood Crescent in Yorkton.
Officers executed a search warrant there on Feb.20, and located the snowmobile, which was returned to its owner.
As a result of continued investigation, a 44-year-old, and a 41-year-old, both from Saskatoon, are each charged with:
- one count, possession of stolen property, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code; and
- one count, theft over $5000, Section 334(a), Criminal Code.
