Rebuilding the Road The first concrete roadway in the city of Yorkton is currently being built, with the concrete finally being laid down recently. The machine above works by following a sensor line, and pushing and vibrating the concrete through a slip form. Concrete was chosen as a surface because it is expected to be a longer lasting road, with a lifespan of 30-40 years.Devin Wilger
