      The RM of Good Lake had one seat to fill after nominations took place on September 21.
           The seat for councillor of Div. 2 was open, with two newcomers, James Morton and Larry Kopan, competing.
           A total of 110 people voted on October 26, and when the results were in, Morton was elected with 82 votes. Kopan received 28 votes.
           Morton will be joining the incumbent reeve, David Popowich, as well as incumbent councillors Harvey Wegner, Div. 1; Robert Steffenson, Div. 3; and David Moroz, Div. 5.
