A tribute was made to the late Paula Danylchuk, who was said to be the originator of the Canora Hospital Auxiliary’s annual Christmas Carol Festival. The tribute was made during the 49th annual festival.

ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý With the aid of some extra funds from a truck raffle, the Canora Trakkers snowmobile club was planning for a busy season. Brent Pelechaty was the president and Terry Demchuk, vice-president. Much of the effort for the season was getting a new warm-up shack functional. It replaced an old shack that had been located at the same site on the town’s water well field.
