Five Preeceville students among top 10 at Cherrydale

Five of the 22 Preeceville School students placed in the top 10 of runners in the Cherrydale cross-country meet in Yorkton on September 15. "We had a good number of students who showed interest in the program," said Donna Hamilton.

            Five of the 22 Preeceville School students placed in the top 10 of runners in the Cherrydale cross-country meet in Yorkton on September 15.

            "We had a good number of students who showed interest in the program," said Donna Hamilton. "The students have been practicing hard and show improvements daily."

            The five students who placed in the top 10 were: Rachel Pankratz, second; Brady Kashuba and Eli Kashuba each placed fourth, Willen Paligan placed sixth and Zachary Larson paced ninth.

            Other students who participated were: Maggie Bartel, Luke Sandager, Hunter Nelson, Alexander Neilson, Riley Kuta, Oakley Zuk, Brooklyn Reber, Asia Kilborn, Quirin Nelson, Matthew Korney, Tristan Acosta, Alecia Shuba, Zachary Sorgen, Isiah Maier, Isaac Kashuba, Dweight Paligan and Erik Sandager.

            The next meet was to be held at Deer Park in Yorkton on September 21.
