John Hedstrom has just returned from a trip out West to visit daughter Joanne and hubby Bruce in Barrhead, AB and granddaughter, Alexis Wenzel at Medicine Hat. He also called on son, Brent and Chandra in Regina on the way through.
Sympathy is extended to the Clark and Fuchs families on the passing of Dave Fuchs, Friday morning, Oct. 28 in Regina at the age of 74 years. Sympathy is extended from the community to his wife, Alice (Clark), their children, Sandi, Darcy and Jodi and their families. Condolences to also to his 5 sisters and 4 brothers who all grew up in the Grayson area. Sharon Clark attended the funeral which was held in Regina on Nov 1.
Coffee row has been a busy place lately. October babies are quite busy buying coffee and sweets. Margaret Ellwood (Oct. 21) treated 16 to coffee on Sat., the 22nd. Bun Flick (Oct. 19) bought for 14 on Tues., Oct. 25 and Irene Bawden was the buyer for 17 coffee goers on Oct. 29 for her birthday on the 23rd. Please note that the coffee-makers have decided to sleep in now that the mornings are dark. Coffee will not be ready until 9:30 on Tues and Sat. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun.See you there!
We only had about a dozen "Trick & Treaters" making their rounds for Hallowe'en. Great to see the kids and there were some awesome costumes. Good on you parents that joined in the fun and dressed up to accompany the youngsters.
