The Saskatoon Police Service is on the scene of a serious motor vehicle collision.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area around the intersection of Highways 41 and 5.
Currently westbound lanes of Highway 5 are closed, and eastbound lanes are also restricted.
At approximately 1:46 p.m., police received a call regarding a collision involving a semi-trailer and a car.
Emergency responders are on scene and the Collision Analyst Unit is investigating.
