BREDENBURY - Bridal shower for Brown

A miscellaneous bridal shower for Robyn Brown was held at the Busy Bees on Sunday. Robyn thanked everyone for the lovely gifts and for coming out on such a stormy day. A delicious lunch and shower cake was served.

Deepest sympathy to the family and relatives of the late Lorne Morris of Bangor. Gerald and Darlene travelled to Brandon to spend Easter with Penny and Charlie LaRoeque. Pat Rowland of Prince Albert visited her parents and took them back for a visit in Prince Albert this weekend. Peter and Barb, Penny and Elaine and Dee, Brenna and Nicolas and Janett travelled to Saskatoon to spend Easter with family there.

Get well wishes to Jean Thorsness who is in the Esterhazy hospital and Martha Hayward in the Yorkton hospital.

Congratulations to Great Grandma Eva Knott on the arrival of a great grandson born to Miles and Carienne Hutchings of Saltcoats.

Margaret Nicholson, Kendra and Abbigail Patgwald visited Margaret's parents in Saskatoon. While there they celebrated her mother's special birthday and Easter.

Sara and Pacey Barber of Swift Current were home visiting her parents Kent and Sandy Ritchie and other relatives over the Easter break.

The Knox United Church will have their last noon luncheon until fall. It will be held on Wed., April 17 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the Know United Church everyone welcome.

Many Bredenbury Lions attended the zone 8 district Governor's Banquet held in Churchbridge on April 6. Congratulations to Churchbridge who celebrated 35 years of service.
