At #9 was long-time Yorkton Councillor Randy Goulden earning some notable provincial recognition.
Goulden was announced as the inaugural recipient of the Saskatchewan Spirit鈥� award as the YWCA Saskatoon announced its 2019 Women of Distinction awards.
鈥淚t was pretty awesome, and a little bit overwhelming,鈥� she told Yorkton This Week at the time.
