As the calendar is about to turn to a new year it is time for Yorkton This Week to countdown the top-10 stories from our pages in 2019.

At #7 Parkland College and Cumberland College started a new coalition with both colleges operating separately while sharing a region, President and CEO and governance structure, with the same people appointed to the boards of both colleges. The new CEO is Dr. Mark Hoddenbagh.
