Grade 1 students from St. Paul鈥檚 School in the city distributed some special Valentine鈥檚 Friday.
The students walked to the offices of the General Alexander Ross branch of the Royal Canadian Legion to deliver Valentine cards to veterans, and to do some singing as well.
The activity was a first for the school said teacher Shari Bernauer.
鈥淲e wanted to spread some cheer around and give something back to the community,鈥� she said.
