Remembrance Week has begun in Yorkton with the official flag raising by the cenotaph on Darlington Ave. This week, due to COVID-19, the week will be a bit different, with services and colour parties delivered virtually.

The Remembrance Day ceremony will be at the Flexihall on Nov. 11, but only 30 people will be in attendance. The service itself will be streamed over Facebook Live to the larger community from the Yorkton Legion General Alexander Ross Branch Facebook page.
