Prairie Women on Snowmobiles is a non-profit organization whoseannual missions are to promote early detection of canceras well as to promote safe snowmobiling.

Each year 10 women are selected as core riders along with pit crewvolunteers to support the core riders. In 2020 it will be the 20thanniversary of PWOS and Hladun’s second year participating.

"This year I once again ride in memory of my Mom who losther battle to cancer in 2016, aswell as my Dad who just recently lost his battle to cancer. I will also be riding for all the brave women I met on last year’s mission as well as anyone who has been diagnosed since. You are never alone in your fight!" said Hladun in a recent release.
