Paws & Claws Animal Rescue were out Saturday selling tickets are a fundraising lottery.
First prize in the draw is $1,000 if they sell out, or 20 per cent of tickets sold.
Proceeds of the lottery are earmarked for veterinary costs associated with animals in the organization’s care.
The draw will be made Sept. 13.
