Legion presents awards

Grade 12 students at Sacred Heart High School were presented with awards yesterday from the Alexander Ross branch of the Royal Canadian Legion in for their efforts in the Legion Literary contest that took place last November.

Grade 12 students at Sacred Heart High School were presented with awards yesterday from the Alexander Ross branch of the Royal Canadian Legion in for their efforts in the Legion Literary contest that took place last November. 

Sophie Anderson was awarded first, and her poem moved onto zone competition. 

Calina Tolentino received third place for her poem.
